Our products are always shipped so they will arrive at your door in optimal condition! We’ve carefully selected packaging options that have minimal impact on the environment without compromising on food safety or quality.

For perishable orders, we line our shipping boxes with Tempguard - a unique, padded insulator made of 100% pre-consumer recycled paper material. We further control the temperature with recycled kraft paper fill and non-toxic frozen gel packs. In the summer months, we may include dry ice to ensure fresh delivery in very hot weather.

Note: Please join our efforts to be mindful of our environment and extend the life-cycle of our packaging, by recycling your shipping box, Tempguard liner, and kraft fill (all 100% curbside recyclable!). Store the gel packs in your freezer and reuse to keep your next picnic or road trip fare cool.

Fresh chorizo from Finca Los Helechales brings the bold, paprika-forward flavor of traditional Spanish chorizo in a raw sausage format ideal for cooking. Made exclusively from Ibérico pork—famed for its marbling and naturally nutty, savory richness—this chorizo delivers a deeper, fuller flavor than conventional pork sausage. The fat slowly renders during cooking, turning the interior juicy and tender while releasing warm notes of smoked pimentón, garlic, and oregano.

Brown whole links over medium heat, grill them until blistered, or remove the casing and crumble into paella, stews, breakfast scrambles, or pasta sauces. Its rich seasoning makes it perfect for hearty dishes: try frying the rendered chorizo fat with potatoes, tossing into beans, baking over eggs, or using in Spanish-style pizza, empanadas, or tortas.

This sausage comes from Finca Los Helechales, Fermín’s own estate in Salamanca and the first 100% genetically selected Ibérico pig farm in the region. Spanning over 200 acres of holm oak groves, the pigs roam freely and are raised without antibiotics or growth agents. Every step—from breeding to butchering—is controlled by Fermín in La Alberca and Tamames, ensuring traditional practices and authentic, deeply flavored Ibérico pork.
