Our products are always shipped so they will arrive at your door in optimal condition! We’ve carefully selected packaging options that have minimal impact on the environment without compromising on food safety or quality.

For perishable orders, we line our shipping boxes with Tempguard - a unique, padded insulator made of 100% pre-consumer recycled paper material. We further control the temperature with recycled kraft paper fill and non-toxic frozen gel packs. In the summer months, we may include dry ice to ensure fresh delivery in very hot weather.

Note: Please join our efforts to be mindful of our environment and extend the life-cycle of our packaging, by recycling your shipping box, Tempguard liner, and kraft fill (all 100% curbside recyclable!). Store the gel packs in your freezer and reuse to keep your next picnic or road trip fare cool.

This Spanish-style chorizo is made from seasoned pork blended with paprika, garlic, and warm spices for a bold, savory profile. Dextrose and a lactic acid starter culture support traditional curing, developing depth and balance while keeping the spice blend at the forefront. A collagen casing gives the sausage a firm slice and consistent texture.

The chorizo shows a deep red color and releases a fragrant paprika aroma when sliced. On the palate, smoky-sweet pepper notes lead, followed by garlic and gentle spice, with a clean pork finish and mild tang from fermentation. Its robust flavor makes it well suited for tapas boards, slicing into stews, or sautéing to flavor beans, eggs, and vegetables.

Terroirs d’Antan draws on classic European charcuterie traditions to craft sausages with clear, focused seasoning and balanced structure. By combining straightforward ingredients with time-honored curing methods, the brand produces chorizo that reflects traditional style while remaining versatile for everyday cooking and serving.
