How We Ship

FreshWave Packaging

Our products are always shipped so they will arrive at your door in optimal condition! We’ve carefully selected packaging options that have minimal impact on the environment without compromising on food safety or quality.

For perishable orders, we line our shipping boxes with Tempguard - a unique, padded insulator made of 100% pre-consumer recycled paper material. We further control the temperature with recycled kraft paper fill and non-toxic frozen gel packs. In the summer months, we may include dry ice to ensure fresh delivery in very hot weather.

Note: Please join our efforts to be mindful of our environment and extend the life-cycle of our packaging, by recycling your shipping box, Tempguard liner, and kraft fill (all 100% curbside recyclable!). Store the gel packs in your freezer and reuse to keep your next picnic or road trip fare cool.

This special assortment includes five of our favorites for the grill.

  • Coastal English Cheddar: Aged for a minimum of 15 months, this cheddar is exquisitely rich and sharp with balances of sweet and salty notes. Great melted on burgers or chicken breast. (7.5 oz)
  • Cabot Monterey Jack: Made in Vermont, Cabot Monterey Jack has an incredibly smooth texture and mild flavor that melts perfectly. Popular with all ages. (7.5 oz)
  • Switzerland Swiss Cheese: A classic melting cheese with walnut-sized holes and a brash, nutty flavor. (7.5 oz)
  • Mountain Gorgonzola: Made of cow's milk, this thick, sliceable blue has a fudgy texture and gentle blue bite. Perfect melted over steak, burgers or chicken. (7.5 oz)
  • Boschetto al Tartufo Bianchetto (White Truffle) Cheese: A distinctly grown-up cheese. Its base is a sweet, tender and mild cheese made from sheep's milk. Mixed throughout are shavings of rare, white truffle that transform the cheese into an addictive delicacy. Elevate your favorite proteins with this elegant topping. (7.5 oz)
