Our products are always shipped so they will arrive at your door in optimal condition! We’ve carefully selected packaging options that have minimal impact on the environment without compromising on food safety or quality.

For perishable orders, we line our shipping boxes with Tempguard - a unique, padded insulator made of 100% pre-consumer recycled paper material. We further control the temperature with recycled kraft paper fill and non-toxic frozen gel packs. In the summer months, we may include dry ice to ensure fresh delivery in very hot weather.

Note: Please join our efforts to be mindful of our environment and extend the life-cycle of our packaging, by recycling your shipping box, Tempguard liner, and kraft fill (all 100% curbside recyclable!). Store the gel packs in your freezer and reuse to keep your next picnic or road trip fare cool.

Slowly dry-cured with a bottle fermented brown ale, pasture raised, heritage breed pork, and hand harvested fleur de sel, this salumi is a pioneer, a rogue, an adventurer, and a distinctive addition to any table.

Founded in 2011, Charlito’s Cocina’s aims is to explore and utilize the rich gastronomic traditions used to preserve food prior to the days of refrigeration and freezers. It is in the spirit of this robust tradition that they strive to create delicious foods using the cleanest, most well-raised ingredients possible. Charlito’s approach is to work slowly and steadily and make everything from scratch. Their intention is to preserve gastronomic tradition and to help integrate it into the time in which we live. Charlito’s derive their influence in this category primarily from the curing traditions of Spain, while striving, one product at a time, to distinguish a style that is uniquely their own. All the meat they use is 100% pasture raised, heritage breed pork, while the salt is all hand harvested fleur de sel.
