The Roncaia rice mill was founded in 1790 in Castebelforte, a small town in Northern Italy. Roncaia is located just a few miles from the historic town of Mantova (Mantua) in the Lombardy region of Italy. Mantova is the home of great artists from The Italian Middle Ages and Renaissance.
For 5 generations, the Roncaia family has been proudly and enthusiastically committed to producing the highest quality rice possible. Grown and packed in Italy, Roncaia's advanced method of packaging allows them to naturally preserve their rice.
