Edmond Fallot’s flagship Burgundy Mustard is made in the French region of Burgundy, with mustard seeds grown in Burgundy and the region’s signature Bourgogne Aligote white wine. It’s been granted Protected Geographical Indication (PGI), a designation only bestowed upon products made with entirely locally-sourced ingredients. It’s made according to processes perfected over the course of nearly 200 years, and, quite simply, is what Dijon mustard is supposed to taste like.

Edmond Fallot is one of the world’s most renowned producers of mustards and vinegar. Since its founding in the city of Beaune, near Dijon in France’s Burgundy region – renowned for its mustard – in 1840, it’s remained family-owned, and is today the last remaining independent, family-owned mustard producer in the region. Under the leadership of Edmond Fallot’s grandson, Marc Desarmenien, it now exports its line of fine products nationwide, prized by professional chefs and home cooks alike.

Ingredients: Water, mustard seeds from Burgundy, white wine from Burgundy 16.3% (sulphites), salt, acid: citric acid, antioxidant: potassium metabisulphite, spice.
