Broyé du Poitou is a pure butter shortbread biscuit from the Poitou-Charentes region.
Inspired by her grandmother’s Broyé du Poitou – a shortbread cake from the old Poitou-Charentes region of France made with just sugar, flour, butter and eggs – Brigitte Arnaud-Boué founded Goulibeur in 1994 to keep the old traditions alive and be able to share them with the world.
