Gerald's Brownie Caramel Delight Cheesecake combines the wholesomeness of his melt-in-your mouth, made-from-scratch, decadent chocolate Brownies and his New York Style Cheesecake. This cheesecake is created with the crust made from homemade chocolate brownies on the bottom followed by a layer of our New York Style Cheesecake. For ultimate decadence, Gerald finishes the cake by topping it off with chunks of brownies drizzled with a silky delicious caramel sauce!

- Gerald's Heavenly Desserts Cheesescakes will ship separately from the rest of your order. These cheesecakes are shipped frozen and travel 2 days in transit. Please note, these are made to order and, therefore, your first available ship date will be 2 business days from your order date.

For perishable orders, we line our shipping boxes with Tempguard - a unique, padded insulator made of 100% pre-consumer recycled paper material. We further control the temperature with recycled kraft paper fill and non-toxic frozen gel packs. In the summer months, we may include dry ice to ensure fresh delivery in very hot weather.
Note: Please join our efforts to be mindful of our environment and extend the life-cycle of our packaging, by recycling your shipping box, Tempguard liner, and kraft fill (all 100% curbside recyclable!). Store the gel packs in your freezer and reuse to keep your next picnic or road trip fare cool.
