Hacienda Guzmán Arbequina Reserve Extra Virgin Olive Oil is an organic monovarietal oil produced from Arbequina olives grown on the historic Hacienda Guzmán estate just outside Seville, Spain. Surrounded by more than 340 hectares of certified organic olive groves, the estate reflects over 500 years of olive-growing tradition. Olives are harvested by hand from carefully selected plots and pressed within 24 hours of picking, preserving the freshness and integrity of the fruit while maintaining the estate’s commitment to sustainable and environmentally responsible agriculture.

This Arbequina oil is prized for its elegant aromatic profile and balanced character. On the nose, it reveals notes of fresh artichoke and green almond, while the palate is smooth and lightly sweet with hints of tomato and green walnut. With very low bitterness and gentle spice, the oil offers a refined, fruit-forward profile that works beautifully in delicate preparations where subtlety and fragrance matter.

Every stage of production takes place at Hacienda Guzmán, from cultivation and harvesting to pressing and final tasting selections. After milling, the oil is stored in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to protect its aromas and antioxidants.
