Ray Rastelli opened his first butcher shop called the Meat Stop in Deptford, NJ. in 1975. With the success of this butcher shop, Ray's brother, Tony, joined him and opened a second Meat Stop, and together they went on to open a total of eight more around South Jersey. Today, Rastelli Foods is one the world's foremost suppliers of high quality meats and seafood to the restaurant and resort industry. Their state of the art USDA processing plant is in Swedesboro, NJ where great tasting products are produced for the most discerning restaurateurs.
