Acetaia La Tradizione

Acetaia La Tradizione is a cooperative of artisans who produce Balsamic Vinegar of Modena using techniques and recipes handed down from father to son. The cooperative was established in 2001 by an initial 14 members eager to create a structure that would be able to promote and distribute Balsamic Vinegar of Modena throughout the world. The current membership of 25 producers focuses on making of both Tradizionale DOP Balsamico and the more everyday IGP variety.
