Nduja is a fiery, spreadable salami from Calabria, Italy. It is made with the bold heat of Calabrian chili peppers, sweet peppers and a blend of pork meat and fat cuts expertly minced and combined with spices. This mixture is carefully encased and hung to dry.
Nduja offers a texture reminiscent of butter - spicy, tangy, and utterly delightful. Incredibly versatile, spread onto crackers, fresh bread, toast points, or on pizza, infuse rich flavor into pasta sauces, complement tacos, enhance oven-baked vegetables, or fill squid with flavorful goodness.
Maestri directly imports their exceptional meat specialties from their respective regions of origin to the United States. Subsequently, these products are sliced at their state-of-the-art facility.
