Bourbon Barrel's Smoked Sea Salt takes its origin from Pacific Ocean saltwater. The water is solar-evaporated in the US. The resulting large sea salt crystals are trucked to Kentucky, where they are slowly smoked by hand in small batches using repurposed bourbon barrel staves. This all-natural Bourbon Smoked Sea Salt is very versatile, adding a rich, smoky flavor to a wide variety of foods. It is an ideal enhancement for everything from burgers and red meat to poultry and vegetables.
