• Coconut & Lime Vinaigrette: Welcome to your favorite new summer salad dressing and marinade! Coconut and lime come quickly to the palate, passion fruit pulp vinegar and apple cider vinegar add body and bite, with L’Oliver’s signature Provencal extra virgin olive forming the base. Thick, fresh, and full of tropical flavor, this unique vinegar will add a delicious burst of the exotic to your favorite dishes. We love sautéing this with fresh prawns, grilling a whole fish, and marinading chicken or pork for a fresh island flavor. Adds brightness to lettuce, noodles and fruit salads.

• Mango & Lemongrass Vinaigrette: Fresh, sweet mango combines with the exotic citrus, floral flavor of lemongrass to give this vinaigrette a decidedly south-east Asian flair. Add a touch of acid with Apple cider vinegar, thicken with mango puree and mix with  L'Olivier's fruity and mild Provencal EVOO and you have an aromatic and flavorful vinaigrette. Use as a marinade for grilled chicken, tofu and fish.
