Fire up the grill and celebrate with this 3 pack of grilling favorites.  From Halloumi to Sausages this crowd pleasing kit has something for everyone.  This collection was designed by our friends at St. Supery Estate Wines for a cooking series hosted by their Estate Chef Tod Kowachi.  Chef Tod's tips of the trade, and wine pairing recommendations will inspire confidence when cooking on the grill.

This collection includes:

  • Halloumi: For centuries, a staple in the diet of the captivating Mediterranean island nation of Cyprus, Halloumi has now gone beyond these borders to be loved worldwide. Combining the texture of mozzarella with the briny moisture of feta, Halloumi is easily one of the world's most versatile cheeses. Instead of melting when cooked, Halloumi browns beautifully, especially when grilled. (8.8 oz)
  • Plymouth Cheddar Sausage by Schaller & Weber: Schaller & Weber Cheddar Brats are based on Ferdinand Schaller’s Smoked Sausage recipe and influenced by the Austrian Käsekrainer. Instead of Emmentaler, each link is packed with a Vermont Cheddar from Plymouth Artisan Cheese, the second oldest cheese company in the United States (founded in 1890 by Calvin Coolidge’s father). It all comes together for a tasty dose of smoked flavor, pork filling, and smooth cheddar cheese. Cheddar brats are a summertime favorite and taste great right off the grill, but they’re also a delicious sausage to serve year round. (12 oz)
  • Chicken Basque Sausage: This all natural, artisanal, handcrafted sausage from Les Trois Petits Cochons is made with premium quality chicken and authentic French Espelette Pepper. It is slightly spicy and pairs perfectly with a medium-bodied beer such as an ale, IPA or Bock. Fully cooked, so you just heat and serve, it contains no preservatives and is gluten-free. Given that it is a chicken-based sausage, it is pork free and made from vegetarian-fed chicken that has no antibiotics or hormones. It also has no Added Nitrates or Nitrites. Simply grill or saute until heated all the way through and enjoy. (10 oz)
