We offer Sambal Oelek (Ground Fresh Chili Paste). It is made of fresh, red Jalapeño chili peppers, with no other additives such as garlic or spices, for a simpler taste. Use this sauce to add heat to a dish without altering the other delicate flavors. Some uses for the sauce include topping pizzas, marinating meat, adding heat to chilies and soups, and spicing up salsas, eggs, and stir-fry dishes; basically whenever you need a little chili kick!
