Mottra's caviar is ecologically sustainable. Their Baerii sturgeons are farmed indoors for safe keeping from the dangerous exterior environment, resulting in much fewer diseases without the use of antibiotics. The water on the Mottra farm comes from 150 meter deep artesian wells, ensuring that their caviar is pollution-free.

How We Ship
Perishable foods are optimally packed and temperature controlled with kraft void fill and non-toxic refrigerant gel packs. To further contain temperature escalation, we fill any empty space with specialized foam to minimize air circulation.
