Full Shipping Details
This incredible and unique raclette is produced by Franz Renggli, a renowned cheese maker from Oderberg, Switzerland. Franz uses only fresh milk from the Alps, which is then thermalized (not pasteurized) in order to maintain the full flavor of the milk. Franz then adds small pieces of potatoes, lending the cheese an unmistakable flavor. This was a big hit at our most recent Raclette tasting (along with Franz's Porcini version), and we're sure this will be a popular addition for all of our Raclette fans.
  • Made from thermalized pasteurized cow's milk.
  • Photo depicts half of a 12 lb. wheel.
  • We cut and wrap this item by hand.
