Crunchy and spicy radishes take perfectly to pickling. And their bright red skins make them beautiful to boot! Kansas City Canning Co.’s limited edition pickles are definitely special, handcrafted from small salad radishes locally grown at the Pearl Family Farm in Parkville, Missouri. The zesty, ruby-hued roots are combined with a simple brine of white vinegar, filtered water, salt, and natural cane sugar, for a treat that’s naturally vegan and non-GMO. Pickled radishes are considered a mainstay in Korean cuisine (where they’re offered as one of a series of side dishes known as banchan), but you can also tuck them into tacos, toss them into salads, or use instead of croutons as a topping for cold soups.

How We Ship
Perishable foods are optimally packed and temperature controlled with kraft void fill and non-toxic refrigerant gel packs. To further contain temperature escalation, we fill any empty space with specialized foam to minimize air circulation.
Please join our efforts to be mindful of our environment and extend the life-cycle of our packaging, by reusing the gel packs to keep your next picnic or road trip fare cool.
Please note: Our products are always shipped so they will arrive at your door in optimal condition. Whenever possible - such as in periods of cooler ambient temperatures - we try to use less packaging , more recyclable materials and avoid unnecessary shipping waste.
