Kitchen Garden Farm is a 50-acre, certified organic vegetable farm owned and operated by Tim Wilcox and Caroline Pam in Western Massachusetts. Their handcrafted, organic Habanero Chili Sriracha Sauce is made from naturally fermented habanero and sweet orange peppers grown on their farm. It has a bright, fruity taste with an extra sharp chili heat and a touch of garlic flavor. It's delicious on eggs, rice, noodles, in soup, on grilled meats and fish and fried chicken.
Kitchen Garden starts by selecting fully ripe organic peppers from their fields, which they grind with organic garlic, sugar and salt and allow to ferment for 4-10 days depending on the ambient temperature. After fermentation, the pepper "mash" is heated and passed through a food mill to remove all of the skins and seeds. Then they cook it with vinegar and bottle it.

For perishable orders, we line our shipping boxes with Tempguard - a unique, padded insulator made of 100% pre-consumer recycled paper material. We further control the temperature with recycled kraft paper fill and non-toxic frozen gel packs. In the summer months, we may include dry ice to ensure fresh delivery in very hot weather.
Note: Please join our efforts to be mindful of our environment and extend the life-cycle of our packaging, by recycling your shipping box, Tempguard liner, and kraft fill (all 100% curbside recyclable!). Store the gel packs in your freezer and reuse to keep your next picnic or road trip fare cool.
