This assortment of 100% Organic Berkshire Pork specialties are taken from heirloom hogs that are Amish-raised in Wisconsin, and certified organic by Iowa Department of Agriculture and Land Stewardship. These Berkshire hogs never graze on chemically sprayed land and are never given hormones or antibiotics. Instead, they graze outdoors on open pastures and are supplemented with organic vegetarian feeds. They are always humanely raised and handled on Amish family farms in accordance with our supplier's strict guidelines and supervision.
