Although native to Mexico, the now-famous Styrian pumpkin quickly caught on in Austria after being exported back from the New World. Called "pepitas" in Mexico, we love to mix these large, green seeds into lunches and dinner. Adding roasted pumpkin seeds to soups and salads provides a nutty flavor. Also try tossing them with your favorite spice mix and serving with cocktails.

Nutritionists have long touted the health benefits of raw foods. The "Raw" logo indicates that the food was not heated above 118 F, which is the temperature at which many beneficial enzymes are believed to be destroyed.
