H'rouss means "lightly chopped" in Tunisian, and that is exactly the preparation that goes into producing this condiment. Delicate petals, paste, and the artichoke heart are chopped together and bottled in extra virgin olive oil. Great on pizzas, added to salads, or as a garnish for grilled fish. As with all of the Mahjoub products, this is produced using traditional farming methods with no additives or artificial processes. This product is certified organic by ECOCERT.
