Tangy medium cut orange marmalade with a cheeky tipple of gin. Now there's a tonic!! As well it being delicious on hot toast, crumpets and muffins, we found it a surprisingly good foil for duck prosciutto and finnocchiona salami. It also paired nicely with young pecorino, fresh chevre and blue cheese.
