Especially popular on Christmas and New Year’s Eve, the not-too-sweet cake takes the shape of an eight-pointed star. Traditionally anointed with white icing, to resemble the snowy peaks of the Italian Alps, this pandoro is particularly special, thanks to the addition of Sicilian lemon cream.
