Collection Contains: 

Cherry Fig Mostarda by Red Camper: This award-winning mostarda is savory and spicy, made from organic California sun dried figs and Michigan-grown organic cherries. They’re simmered for hours in local Denver cider along with mustard seeds, red pepper and cacao nibs, to create a chunky condiment that pairs beautifully with aged cheeses.  

Rustic Bakery Olive Oil & Sea Salt Single Serve: These light and flaky flatbreads are drizzled with extra virgin olive oil and finished with a smattering of grey sea salt from France, before being conveniently packaged into single servings. 

Bayley Hazen Blue by Jasper Hill Farm - 1/4 Cut: This densely textured blue cheese has a toasted nut sweetness and anise spice character. Named for an old military road commissioned by George Washington during the Revolutionary War, it’s one of the original cheeses crafted by Vermont’s Jasper Hill Farm.

The Stag - Handcrafted Bold Cheddar by Deer Creek - 1/4 Cut: Cheddar doesn’t get bolder than this. A 5-time 1st place winner at the American Cheese Society Awards, the Wisconsin-made wedge boasts butterscotch notes and a dynamic crystalline crunch.

Classic Chevre by Vermont Creamery: Everyone’s favorite classic goat cheese is tangy, velvety, and endlessly versatile. Featuring a mild flavor, smooth texture, and fresh milk taste, it pairs well with anything from Vinho Verde and IPA to gingersnaps and blueberry jam.
