Made by one of the oldest Manchego producers, Coqueya, Don Juan Manchego loaf is made from 100% Manchega sheep’s milk without the addition of egg white lysozyme. Its semi-firm paste boasts an ivory color and smooth texture. A mild cheese at first, its floral aroma and slightly nutty flavor unfolds with each bite. The convenient loaf shape makes this cheese ideal for food service and deli applications, easy to slice and store.
