Margherita "Mama" Mucci is the personification of The Mama Mucci Pasta Company. Born in Montelongo, Italy (Molise region), she learned the art of creating fresh pasta from her mother. Lovingly, she has passed on the family secrets to her sons, Vincenzo and Francesco. This devotion to their heritage and the old world methods that made Italian pasta famous is instilled in the legacy of Mama Mucci’s Pasta.
Portion & place in plastic bags, keep frozen until ready to cook. To Serve: Place portioned gnocchi in rapidly boiling water stirring occasionally, cook for 3-5 minutes or until gnocchi begin to float. Internal temperature must reach 160° Fahrenheit.
Ingredients: Potato flakes, Ricotta Cheese, Water, Enriched Durum wheat flour (Niacin, Iron, Thiamine, Riboflavin, Folic acid), high Gluten flour, Potato starch, Eggs & Salt.
