Mama Mucci's unique shape, egg pasta purses are filled with a blend of imported Romano Cheese, Ricotta Cheese, Grated Parmesan Cheese, Shredded Parmesan Cheese, fresh parsley & seasoned with nutmeg and black pepper. Mama Mucci's obsession with even the smallest detail is what makes this frozen filled pasta a cut above the rest!

Margherita "Mama" Mucci is the personification of The Mama Mucci Pasta Company. Born in Montelongo, Italy (Molise region), she learned the art of creating fresh pasta from her mother. Lovingly, she has passed on the family secrets to her sons, Vincenzo and Francesco. This devotion to their heritage and the old world methods that made Italian pasta famous is instilled in the legacy of Mama Mucci’s Pasta.

Portion & place in plastic bags, keep frozen or refrigerated* until ready to serve. To Serve: Place portioned pasta in rapidly boiling water or simmer in sauce, stirring occasionally. Heat thoroughly. Internal temperature must reach 160 Fahrenheit. *If kept refrigerated use within 3-4 days.
