• Habanero Escobar: After Escobar's death in 1993, large reserves of the potent product were confiscated from the kingpin's Medellin compound by a Colombian Narcotics Task Force, evidence that would destroy the Medellin Cartel once and for all. • OG Hickory: The classic hickory flavor that started it all: This O.G. classic hit the streets in '96 and the jerky game ain't been the same ever since.
• Truffle-O Bill: The world's first and only truffle infused beef jerky. This jerky is made by adding real black truffles, sourced from Italy, into their signature O.G. Hickory marinade. The resulting delicacy is a smoky, savory, sweet "UMAMI BOMB" with just the right dose of truffle to set your flavor gearshift into overdrive. 
• Victorious B.I.G: The righteous Beer Infused Gastronomy project - a collaboration with Victory Brewing Company - one of the country's premier craft breweries. This Imperial Jerky balances the rich sweetness of Victory Wort (Wort is a naturally sweet and non-alcoholic liquid that combines the finest malted barley with local Brandywine water) with the dark, espresso-like roasted notes in their Storm King Imperial Stout for a sweet and savory beef jerky that finishes with a burst of black pepper.
• Darth Garlic Biltong:  The heavy dose of black garlic gives this amazingly tender meat snack a strong umami flavor.

True to the Righteous Felon name, RFJC donates a portion of all sales to The Innocence Project. The Innocence Project is a non-profit organization dedicated to exonerating wrongfully convicted individuals through the use of DNA evidence and reforming the criminal justice system to prevent future injustices from occurring.
