The Calogiuri family has been making olive oil in Lizzanello in the province of Lecce in the Apulia region of south-east Italy since 1825. Their infused extra virgin olive oils are cold pressed and infused with herbs or citron. These oils are so versatile in the kitchen and adds a spark of flavor to your dishes.

- Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Lemon: This zesty oil is perfect for fish, salads, meats, veggies and marinades.
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Rosemary: This flavorful oil adds a nice finish to steaks, lamb and chicken dishes. Perfect for salad dressings and as a bread dipper.
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Garlic: Sprinkle a few drops on your side dish or salad to add that perfect finishing touch. The possibilities are endless with this oil. Marinate meat, simply use as a bread dipper, drizzle over pasta dishes, mashed potatoes and soups….

For perishable orders, we line our shipping boxes with Tempguard - a unique, padded insulator made of 100% pre-consumer recycled paper material. We further control the temperature with recycled kraft paper fill and non-toxic frozen gel packs. In the summer months, we may include dry ice to ensure fresh delivery in very hot weather.
Note: Please join our efforts to be mindful of our environment and extend the life-cycle of our packaging, by recycling your shipping box, Tempguard liner, and kraft fill (all 100% curbside recyclable!). Store the gel packs in your freezer and reuse to keep your next picnic or road trip fare cool.
