Natural gum based powder intended to stabilize ice cream. Avoids crystallization, improves smoothness and shelf life. Use to improve the texture and creaminess of ice cream by not becoming runny for a delicious pleasantly firm texture.

Ingredients: Dehydrated whey powder, dehydrated glucose syrup, mono & diglycerides of fatty acids, guar gum, locust bean flower, sodium alginate, carageenans & yolk powder.

Mix 70-80 grams per liter.
