A pasta everyone can love. This pasta is made with corn flour and rice flour – no eggs, no dairy, no soy and no preservatives. Made in Maranello in the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy, Pastificio La Rosa is completely gluten free. Suitable for celiacs, but but this pasta will be enjoyed by all. Naturally rich in carotenes, La Rosa’s pastas have a yellow/gold color. They produce this pasta in the traditional way, the dough is worked slowly and over time, the shapes are produced using bronze dies to give their pasta the perfect texture, then dried slowly at low temperatures. The end result is consistent, firm elastic pasta that is never overcooked and absorbs whatever sauces you choose.
