This ground sesame seed paste is a classic ingredient from the Middle East to North African, from Greece to Turkey. An essential seasoning for hummus and baba ganoush, tahini is also used in a myriad of ways. Whisk into vinaigrettes, toss into cold noodle salads, make marinades, spread on sandwiches or flat bread. Toss with veggies, meat, poultry or fish. Tahini is also a good source of calcium and iron, B1, magnesium and dietary fiber.

  • Roland® Za'atar Tahini is made with Za'atar, a Middle Eastern spice blend featuring dried herbs and spices. Roland® Zaatar Tahini has an aromatic flavor that is great for use with fish, meats and spreads. Use straight from the jar in hummus, spreads, dips and dressings.
  • Roland® Harissa Tahini is a delicious spiced sesame paste. It owes its beautiful orange-red color and fiery kick to paprika and hot chili peppers. Roland® Harissa Tahini is perfect for a spicy salad dressing or on top of grilled fish. Use straight from the package to add to hummus, spreads, dips and dressings.
  • Roland® Roasted Garlic Tahini is made with finely-roasted garlic and ground sesame seeds. It has a rich, mouth-watering flavor that makes it perfect for hummus, baba ganoush and sandwich. Roland® Roasted Garlic Tahini can be used cold, at room temperature or in hot dishes. If used cold, the spread will have a thicker consistency.

How We Ship

FreshWave Packaging

Our products are always shipped so they will arrive at your door in optimal condition! We’ve carefully selected packaging options that have minimal impact on the environment without compromising on food safety or quality. 

For perishable orders, we line our shipping boxes with Tempguard - a unique, padded insulator made of 100% pre-consumer recycled paper material. We further control the temperature with recycled kraft paper fill and non-toxic frozen gel packs. In the summer months, we may include dry ice to ensure fresh delivery in very hot weather.

Note: Please join our efforts to be mindful of our environment and extend the life-cycle of our packaging, by recycling your shipping box, Tempguard liner, and kraft fill (all 100% curbside recyclable!). Store the gel packs in your freezer and reuse to keep your next picnic or road trip fare cool.
