The Crottin is one of the famous specialties manufactured by Jacquin cheese dairy. Round shaped, it is a very elegant product whose taste reminds the best of the Berry Region's. Thanks to our high attention during its delicate manufacturing, the Crottin is very typical. Our very unique and qualified hand-made process is the starting point of both our known-how and reputation. This is also a great table cheese. Use this cheese differently according to its age, from baking to salads. It will never quite be the same, but will always be scrumptious.

  • Ingredients: pasteurized goat's milk, salt, rennet, starters, ripening culture.
  • Photo depicts whole 2 oz. form of cheese.
