We are thrilled to introduce this spectacular Goat cheese from Cuneo. This unqiue cheese with a flowery rind with a white, soft and compact texture and a delicate goat cheese taste. It is wrapped in virgin beeswax which, with its sweetness, enriches the wonderful flavor.
La Cora Formaggi was born in Monesiglio in the province of Cuneo, in the hills of the Alta Langa, where ancient traditions are still honored. Little has changed since Beppe Fenoglio described the young Melina while she was making robiola cheese to take to the market: in many farmhouses still today the farmers produce this cheese for the family and neighbors, following recipes with ancient origins.

How We Ship
Our products are always shipped so they will arrive at your door in optimal condition! We’ve carefully selected packaging options that have minimal impact on the environment without compromising on food safety or quality.
For perishable orders, we line our shipping boxes with Tempguard - a unique, padded insulator made of 100% pre-consumer recycled paper material. We further control the temperature with recycled kraft paper fill and non-toxic frozen gel packs. In the summer months, we may include dry ice to ensure fresh delivery in very hot weather.
