Mina's chicken tagine sauce fuses garlic, ginger, turmeric, saffron, lemon, extra virgin olive oil and pepper to create a deep, rich sauce which coats the meat perfectly. Classically served with couscous or rice, but we also enjoy chicken tagine alongside crispy lemon potatoes.
