Nikki created this addictive peanut butter nougat with roasted peanuts and sea salt after Papa Bud, her paternal grandfather. His favorite spots on the farm involved the rototiller, huge lawnmower or his recliner whether it was the recliner outside on the porch or in the front room. No matter which recliner he was in there was always a can of Virginia peanuts by it. Nikki always knew you could sit on his lap and munch on peanuts with him.
