- Asiago Pressato DOP: The youngest form of asiago, produced in the Po Valley near Treviso, this is the mildest, sweetest asiago in the collection. It has a springy, pale interior, and pairs wonderfully with a light, fruity wine. (7.5 oz)
- Asiago d'Allevo DOP: Aged for five months, this version of asiago begins to become fuller in flavor and develop notes of hazelnut and fruit. Excellent as a table cheese with Barolo, Asiago d'Allevo also shreds and melts well in cooked dishes. (7.5 oz)
- Asiago d'Allevo Oro del Tempo DOP: The most rare form of Asiago, this has been aged for a full year under carefully monitored conditions. In this cheese, the sweetness and nuttiness found in the five-month version have turned to a butterscotch sweetness, with an emerging sharpness on the palate. (7.5 oz)

How We Ship
Perishable foods are optimally packed and temperature controlled with kraft void fill and non-toxic refrigerant gel packs. To further contain temperature escalation, we fill any empty space with specialized foam to minimize air circulation.
Please join our efforts to be mindful of our environment and extend the life-cycle of our packaging, by reusing the gel packs to keep your next picnic or road trip fare cool.
Please note: Our products are always shipped so they will arrive at your door in optimal condition. Whenever possible - such as in periods of cooler ambient temperatures - we try to use less packaging , more recyclable materials and avoid unnecessary shipping waste.
