Agromonte's Arrabbiata Pasta Sauce is a fiery and flavorful creation that embraces the bold and spicy essence of traditional Italian cuisine. Crafted with ingredients harvested at the peak of ripeness during the summer months, this sauce features the vibrant and aromatic notes of sun-ripened tomatoes and a tantalizing blend of red chili peppers to deliver a mildly fiery kick.
Arrabbiata" means "angry" in Italian and is a traditional recipe from Rome, the capital city of Italy. It just takes a few simple, fresh ingredients to obtain an excellent sauce with a spicy and strong taste!
Agromonte's Arrabbiata Pasta Sauce is a testament to the brand's commitment to quality and authenticity. It is made by the Company Agricola Monterosso on the south eastern tip of Sicily, in one of the highest municipalities, called Chiaramonte Gulfi, with respect to sea level (approximately 700 meters) in the province of Ragusa.

For perishable orders, we line our shipping boxes with Tempguard - a unique, padded insulator made of 100% pre-consumer recycled paper material. We further control the temperature with recycled kraft paper fill and non-toxic frozen gel packs. In the summer months, we may include dry ice to ensure fresh delivery in very hot weather.
Note: Please join our efforts to be mindful of our environment and extend the life-cycle of our packaging, by recycling your shipping box, Tempguard liner, and kraft fill (all 100% curbside recyclable!). Store the gel packs in your freezer and reuse to keep your next picnic or road trip fare cool.
