El Majuelo has been producing Sherry Vinegar in Jerez, Spain since 1864. PX Sherry Vinegar is made from the sweet Pedro Ximenez grape variety. PX grapes are left in the sun to dry giving a sweet aroma to this special Sherry Vinegar. They are pressed and aged in American oak barrels following the traditional system of "solera y criaderas." Sweet and sour with a lower acidity, thanks to its 2 year sojourn in oak, this extraordinarily aromatic and smooth vinegar enhances the taste of every dish, especially game and duck.
